Another of my favourite places to visit in Auckland is the Botanic Gardens, with over 10,000 plants from around the world and spread over 64 hectares there is always something in bloom all year round. This past weekend I visited to get some photos of the gardens in Autumn, and I wasn't disappointed. A great place to bring children, and plenty of room to walk the dog.It is not difficult to spend two or three hours here walking around enjoying the different themed gardens. With no charge for entry it is well used by the public.

Thanks for sharing the beauty of Auckland's Botanic Gardens. Your shot of the dew drops on the flower pedals is lovely, Angela.
be well, be happy,

Superlative share!!! Everything from the bee's pollen to the raindrops. Oh and the duck pond...I love it all.

Have a grand day!
Pretty, pretty, pretty! What a lovely walk that would be - and the leaves on that bench - perfect picture - love it!!
Great photo's Mum. It really is a gorgeous place. Can't wait to go back again some time. Love you ... MISS you!
What a lovely place, and what beautiful photos, especially the close-ups.

I love the park bench picture and the bumble bee one.
Have never seen Aukland's gardens, but did visit Duendin's. There seemed to be a small army of volunteers there which went some way to explaining how such a large area could be so well presented!
The last flower photo really caught my eye with its spiral centre!
Beautiful pictures! Enjoy your Autumn! That's my favorite season!
