I guess you could say a snail carries his shadow with him?
Good work, Angela.

What fun shadow shots for the day, Angela! Cute little guy with his house on his back! Hope your weekend is going well!

Love the snail shadows! The shell has a nice pattern. It looks just like my garden snails.
I know some people who would dispose of the snail rather than take a photo of its shadow!
SHADOW, WILL YOU?
Shadow, will you always be
Here where I can always see
What you do and how you play?
Or will you just slip away?

On my goodness...I need to get to work and post my shadow shot...I am running being time tonight. We were out cruising the back roads looking for old barns and just got home. UGH!!! So much blogging to do tonite and so little time before I fall asleep. Love your snail...at least that is what I call him. He gave you a great shadow to shoot. The image is great. I have enjoyed my first visit to your blog. Hope to see you again soon. genie
That snail shell seems to blend in with the rocky surface below - that is until we see the head and antennae. His shadow is no doubt a slow as he is!
Cute little Snail & Shadow!
You were at the right place and time for this.
I know they can be buggars to the garden, but there's somehting soooo amazing about them! The whold beauty of the shell and all...Good shot!
Oh my goodness ! These are wonderful shots of a naughty garden guest ? LOL

Off the Pier...shadows is my link, if you'd care to view.
Have a great day.
Well captured!
I have George's shadow. Please come and see when you get a chance.
Great close-up of this little guy and his shadow!
Nothing that a little sprinkle of salt won't take care of!
What a cool shot. That little guy has such a pretty shell.
The first picture is excellent.
Greetings,
Filip
Those are cute little shadows! And I love how the color and texture of his shell is repeated in that of the rock, that is really amazing! Wonderful shots, Angela!
