LOL!!! Perhaps it was put there by an army of ants. Everyone knows they are super strong. One of the wheels of the tractor was sitting above the ground where they were trying to tunnel up and out. They got sick of us humans putting down bait traps and thought they would pay us back ... just a theory! LOL

My imagination says it was the nature buddies playing tricks on the farmer. I had a book as a kid and it had characters who were little people with flowers for hats and they were afraid of the banksia men (banksia trees). Reality check tells me it was a big ass crane and some heavy duty chain :-)
